The 2015 growing season was nearly ideal in the Santa Clara Valley allowing for a long hang time on the vine. This wine has ripe cherry, orange peel, lavender and blackberry fruit, accented by vanilla and marshmallow oak tones. Balanced tannins and good acidity frame the cranberry and pomegranate flavors. This wine drinks well now and pairs wonderfully with pork loin topped with a cherry compote.
