The 2015 growing season was nearly ideal in the Santa Clara Valley allowing for a long hang time on the vine. Red fruit and crème brûlée along with blueberry, dried cherry and toasty vanilla. The seamless flavors carry over to big, lush tannins and a delicious ‘forever’ finish. Drink this wine with some perfectly cooked filet mignon or even your chocolate dessert!
