2019 Sauvignon Blanc
Our delicious Sauvignon Blanc comes from grapes grown at the foothills of the Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. The 2019 growing season was perfect in the Monterey allowing for a long hang time on the vine, the grapes for this wine were harvested September 21, 2019. Delicious aromas of white peach, grass and lime are accented by hints of vanilla oak spice from once used Chardonnay barrels. The bright acidity in the mouth is rounded by viscosity from the oak aging followed by flavors of lime and oak spice in the mouth. This wine is viscous yet has a good acid backbone to stand up to food. Share this wine on beautifully warm days with some fruit and cheese and your good friends.
