2020 Estate Malbec

This impressive Malbec was grown in a new vineyard on the eastern side of the Santa Clara Valley just east of Gilroy and is carefully tended by George and Lynda Green. They meticulously farm this vineyard to maximize quality. The 2020 growing season was outstanding the Santa Clara Valley allowing for a medium crop with long hang time on the vine, giving intense and complex flavors. Blackberry jam and leather lead off the aromas followed by sweet tobacco and cherries. Big juicy tannins in the mouth combined with good acidity, anise and cranberry flavors make this perfect to have with a 1.5” thick Ribeye Steak.

2019 Sauvignon Blanc

Our delicious Sauvignon Blanc comes from grapes grown at the foothills of the Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. The 2019 growing season was perfect in the Monterey allowing for a long hang time on the vine, the grapes for this wine were harvested September 21, 2019. Delicious aromas of white peach, grass and lime are accented by hints of vanilla oak spice from once used Chardonnay barrels. The bright acidity in the mouth is rounded by viscosity from the oak aging followed by flavors of lime and oak spice in the mouth. This wine is viscous yet has a good acid backbone to stand up to food. Share this wine on beautifully warm days with some fruit and cheese and your good friends.

San Saba Vineyard:

This amazing vineyard was planted in 1974 and is located at the foothills of the Santa Lucia Highlands and produces grapes of incomparable depth and flavor. The grapes were hand-picked at the peak of flavor and pressed within hours of harvest to insure the flavor was maintained.

The 2015 growing season was nearly ideal in the Santa Clara Valley allowing for a long hang time on the vine. This wine has layers of complex dark cherry and blackberries fruit, oak tones and balanced tannins. The intense aromas of blackberry, currant and cherry are framed with subtle notes of vanilla, toast, cocoa and barrel spice and sit atop beautifully rich, mouth-filling tannins. This wine drinks well now, but will age for years to come.
