Because we produce and sell wine, you agree that:

• You are at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) before making any purchase of alcoholic products via the Site or engaging in wine-club membership.
• You understand that participation in wine club promotions, discounts, and access to events may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and limitations.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, alter or cancel promotions or club memberships at our discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources (“Third-Party Links”). We do not control those sites or endorse their content or practices. You agree that any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Your continued access to or use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including for violation of these Terms). Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 13 shall survive any termination.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
